This beautiful three-bedroom executive home provides a private and serene getaway on 2.5 acres overlooking the Trout River. The manicured lawns; three-level deck, with sunken hot tub; outdoor bonfire pits; and ample sporting equipment entices the entire family outdoors for truly relaxing, yet fun experiences.
The custom-designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar with stools. The sunroom, off the open dining area, has skylights and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river. The master bedroom with king sized hand-crafted sleigh bed opens to the sunroom through French doors and also overlooks the river through four large windows. A very unique view in the morning.
The family room welcomes you with over-stuffed quality furniture, arranged around the raised hearth wood stove. The 43’ Hitachi TV, VCR, DVD, and satellite turns an average evening or rainy day into an exciting home-theatre experience.
Our home offers quality in every way possible. From towels to tea-cups, we have gone an extra step, to make certain that your next step, may be through our door. It’s time to get away…with us!
Additional Comments: - Eight Person Deluxe sunken hot tub off the third-level deck overlooks the serene Trout River while allowing ultimate privacy for day or evening dippers.

- Telephones, TV, VCR, DVD, satellite dish, stereo, computer (internet access), and iron/board give you all the amenities of home.
- The custom gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and coffee grinder.
- Cutlery, dishes, pots/pans, linens/bedding, and beach towels are all provided.
- The three large bedrooms comfortably sleep seven. Master – King sleigh bed, Second – Queen colonial bed, Third – Single over double bunk beds. King and Queen beds are fitted with down feather mattresses (removable, if required).
- Outdoor dining is complete with table/chairs, a propane BBQ and a propane cooker (with large boiling pots for shellfish cooking).
- The 2.5 acres of manicured property is complete with playground, badminton net, camping area by the brook, and additional sports equipment. Our private two-man canoe (with fishing rods and PFD’s) is waiting for you at the launch on Trout River.
